大采高工作面复用巷道二次注浆支护技术

Multiplex Roadway Twice Grouting Support Technology of Large Height Mining Face

摘要: 针对大采高工作面复用巷道变形大、维护困难的问题,通过现场实测分析复用巷道变形破坏规律,提出围岩协调支护理论,阐述围岩变形与注浆支护时机的作用机理,应用新型注浆材料进行了二次注浆支护试验。结果表明:复用巷道可划分为超前影响区、初始变形区、剧烈变形区、趋于稳定区、稳定区|协调支护理论认为注浆支护应在围岩变形起始阶段进行,在工作面前、后方进行二次注浆支护|复用巷道采用二次注浆支护变形量减小50%以上。

Abstract: Multiplex roadway of large mining height has a large deformation, it is difficult to be controlled. analysis the deformation law of multiplex roadway through filed measurement, explain the action mechanism between surrounding rock deformation and grouting support opportunity, apply new grouting material and used to twice grouting support test. Results show: Multiplex roadway can be divided into ahead impacting zone、starting deformation zone、serve deformation zone 、tending to stable zone、stable zone; coordination support theory think that grouting support should be applied at deformation starting stage, apply twice grouting support before and after face; multiplex roadway’s deformation decreased more than 50% after twice grouting support.
